Ingredients

Bottom Crust: 6 Tbl. butter 1/4 C. sugar 1 1/4 C. flour 1 egg 1/4 tsp. salt 2 cans of cherry pie filling Topping: 1/2 C. four 1/2 C. brown sugar 4 Tbl. butter, melted 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

Beat butter & sugar for bottom crust until light & creamy. Beat in flour, egg & salt. Press into bottom of a 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes until set. Spread cherry filling evenly. Combine crumb topping ingredients & distribute evenly. Bake again at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 minutes, removing when crumb topping is golden brown.
