Oh my goodness, its the most creamy perfect cheesecake goodness ever!!!




Crust: 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs ¼ cup sugar ¼ cup butter Cake mixture: 3 – 8oz pkgs. Cream cheese 1 cup sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon. plus 1 drop lemon juice 1 teaspoon. plus 1 drop vanilla 2 tablespoon. flour 1 cup heavy cream

In a med. Sized bowl, combine crumbs, sugar and melted butter to make the crust. Press crumb mixture on bottom of springform pan. Wrap outside of pan with foil just in case there are any drips during the cooking process. In lg. bowl, blend cream cheese and sugar at medium speed until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in remaining ingredients on low speed. Pour batter into pan and bake as per the instructions below. You may find that oven types vary, so you may want to adjust times each time you try it, till it comes out the way you want it. Set oven to 350 Put pan in oven at 350, for 5 minutes Then lower to 300 for 25 minutes Then lower to 275 for 37 minutes Then lower to 200 for 1 hr and 15 minutes Then turn off oven and leave pan sit in there for 1 hour Remove, refrigerate, and serve next day.
