This is a dense, moist brownie which is great alone and even better with cheesecake swirled on top.
1 cup butter,
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate,
2 cups sugar,
1 teaspoon vanilla,
¼ cup milk,
1¼ cups flour,
8 ounces cream cheese,
⅓ cup sugar

Melt butter and chocolate in a large mixing bowl in the microwave.
Use a mixer to blend in sugar. Then mix in eggs, vanilla, and milk. Last, mix in flour just until combined.
Rinse mixer beater off and in a small bowl mix the cream cheese, egg, and sugar until smooth.
Pour brownie batter into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Drizzle the cheesecake batter over top and use a knife to swirl it into the brownie.
Bake at 372 degrees for 25 minutes, or until knife inserted in center reveals no runny batter.
