Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- ¼cup unbleached all-purpose flour
- 3tablespoons granulated sugar
- ½teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch fine sea salt
- 3tablespoons whole milk (or any alternative milk)
- 1tablespoon vegetable oil
- ½teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1tablespoon brightly colored rainbow sprinkles
Preparation
- 1. Lightly coat the interior of a microwave-safe coffee mug (at least 10
- ounces in capacity) with the nonstick cooking spray. Using a paper
- towel, blot away any excess oil.
- 2. Put the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into the mug. Using a fork,
- stir well to combine. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until wellmixed without any dry clumps.
- 3. Put into the oven, select Microwave and set the time for 1 minute 20
- seconds and the power level to High (10P). Press Start. Let sit in the
- oven for a minute before removing.
- 4. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoying.
