Ingredients

4 oz light cream cheese 1 lb light sour cream 1/2 cup splenda 1 stick of unsalted butter (softened) 2 tabs, cornstarch 2 teaspoons vanilla 5 eggs.

Instructions

beat all ingredients except eggs, until creamy, then add eggs one at a time (important) grease 10 in. spring pan. fill w/mixture. put pan inside a roasting pan 1/2 filled with water, Bake at 375 approx 1 1/2 hrs. let cool, top with favorite fruit ie cherries, pineapple, blueberries etc.
