⅓ cup flour
1¼ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 egg
¾ cup sugar
½ cup chopped nuts
½ cup chopped baking apples
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Grease a 1 quart casserole. Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. In mixing bowl beat egg and sugar until creamy. Add flour to mixture, blending well. Mixture will be stiff. Fold in nuts, apples, and vanilla. Turn into casserole and bake 30 minutes at 325º. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
