This desert is the perfect end to a great barbecue!
1 angel food cake
1 package fresh strawberries
1 package of fresh blackberries
1-pint heavy whipping cream
1 16 ounce container of whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. vanilla & 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Beat whipping cream until stiff. Add powder sugar and vanilla. Place in freezer for a few minutes while you beat the cream cheese and butter till smooth. Add lemon juice and almond extract. Fold the whipped cream with the cream cheese mixture just until blended. Cut the top 1 inch of the angel food cake and
place on the side. Cut out a 1 inch wide by 2 inch deep tunnel in the inside of the cake so you can stuff the cake with the cream cheese mixture, strawberries and blackberries. Put a layer of cream mixture, sliced strawberries, few whole blackberries, a few small pieces of the cake you removed and another layer of cream mixture.
Place the top 1-inch back onto the cake and frost the cake with the rest of the cream cheese mixture. Top the cake with more slice strawberries or you can top it with chocolate covered strawberries and mint leaves. Cake can
be made with any type of berry or a combination of berries.
