Berry and Pineapple Pizza

You can use any fruit you like and in the summer fresh fruit is perfect.

1 pkg frozen strawberries 1 pkg frozen raspberries 1 pkg frozen blueberries 1 can pineapple tidbits 2 rolls sugar cookie dough 16 oz. cream cheese, softened ¼ C sugar 1 T lemon juice 2 packages of Danish Dessert

Drain fruit very well and reserve juices. Warm cookie dough to room temperature. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam. Flatten cookie dough in pan. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned. Cool until just warm. Mix together cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in Cuisinart until just mixed well and spread over warm dough. Mix Danish Dessert using the reserved juices. Make up any difference in the measurement with water. Cool slightly. Sprinkle fruit over the dough mixture, or mix the strawberries and raspberries in the Danish Dessert and sprinkle the blueberries and pineapple on the dough. Then pour the Danish Dessert over the fruit. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Garnish with Cool Whip or whip cream on top if desired.
