Banana-Pineapple Bundt Cake

3 Cups Flour 2 Cups Granulated Sugar 1 t. each: salt, baking soda 3 Large Eggs, slightly beaten 2 Cups Mashed Bananas 1 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Can (8 oz.) Crushed Pineapple 1½ t. Vanilla Powdered Sugar for Dusting Cake

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour a 10" bundt pan. Mix flour, sugar, salt & baking soda in a large mixing bowl. Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Combine eggs, bananas, oil, undrained pineapple and vanilla in another bowl. Add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring well until combined. Pour batter into pan. Bake 65 - 75 minutes (or until cake tests done). Cool in pan for 15 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy!
