A delightful holiday or anyday desert or sweet breakfast bread.

Ingredients

6 cups bread (I like to add doughnuts too)torn into small pieces. 1 cup milk 1 cup almond joy international delight creamer 1 cup butter 4 eggs 1 cup sugar 2 tbls cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt 2 granny smith apples cubed 2 cups raisens 2 cups dried cranberrys Sauce I 4oz jar of Jiff cinnamon peanut butter. 1 stick butter 2 teaspoon cream Pinch of salt 1 cup bourbon

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a medium sauce pan heat milk cream, and butter untill hot. In a lg bowl mix eggs,sugar,cinnamon, and salt. Stir in bread apples,raisins,and cranberrys. Pour into 9x12 glass baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake uncovered for 45-60 min till toothpick inserted in middle, comes out clean. Top with Peanutbutter Bourbon Sauce. Sauce Melt butter in med saucepan over med heat. Add sugar, melt. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to slow simmer stir often. Cool sayce will thicken while cooling.serve spooned warm individually.
