Apple Pound Cake

Ingredients

3 cup unsifted flour
1 teaspoon. baking soda
1 teaspoon. salt
½ teaspoon. ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon. ground nutmeg
1½ cup corn oil
2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoon. vanilla
2 cup chopped apples
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup raisins

Instructions

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg and set aside. In a large bowl mix at medium speed, oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla until thoroughly combined. Gradually beat in flour mixture until smooth. Fold in apples, pecans and raisins. Turn into a greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from pan after completely cooled and store in an airtight container.
