Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

This has been passed down from generation to generation for 100 years. Lots of great mom cooks!"


5 eggs
2 1/2 cups sugar
Dash salt
1 cup whipping cream
2 cup half & half
Whole milk
2 Tbsp vanilla


Beat eggs at high speed for 8-10 min. to make eggs full & fluffy. Gradually add sugar & salt until well incorporated. Add vanilla & cream. Pour into ice cream canister & fill to 3/4 full with whole milk. Freeze according to manufacturer instructions.
