Chocolate Whipped CreamCuisinart Original Recipe
1 recipe Vanilla Whipped Cream (see page TK)
1½ tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
Follow the directions for the Vanilla Whipped Cream. When adding the confectioners’ sugar, add the cocoa powder as well. Beat until soft peaks form. Transfer to a separate bowl, cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
