Peach Enchiladas


2 packs of Pillsbury croissant rolls
1 16 oz mountain dew
1 1/2 cup of sugar
6 peeled and quartered peaches
1/2 stick of butter
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon


Roll out your Pillsbury croissant rolls in buttered glass casserole dish
Add peach pieces to smallest end of pastry and roll up to large end of roll
Melt butter and sugar over low heat on stove
Pour melted butter and sugar over the top of rolls
Pour 16oz of Mountain Dew over dish and sprinkle with Cinnamon
Bake for 35 minutes on 350 degree oven or till tops are browned.
Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
