Karla’s Banana Split Cake
INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/4 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs 

  • 3 tablespoon sugar 

  • 1/3 cup of butter or margarine, melted 

  • 16oz (two sticks) cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1lb powdered sugar 

  • 4-5 ripe bananas (depending on size) 

  • 16oz can pineapple tidbits, drained 

  • 1 large tub whipped topping 

  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. In a 9 x 11 glass dish, combine the graham crumbs, sugar and margarine. mix well with fork and lightly press in to bottom of dish. Place in fridge to cool. 

  2. Place the cream cheese in a large bowl and gradually beat the powdered sugar into the cream cheese. Remove the crust from the fridge and carefully spread the cream cheese mixture over in an even layer. 

  3. Slice the bananas and arrange over the cream cheese. Spread pineapple tidbits over bananas. Spread the whipped topping over the pineapple. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. 

  4. Refrigerate overnight, or at least four hours.
