2 Squares, Unsweetened Chocolate
1 C Milk
1 T. Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Pinch Cream of Tarter

Mix together and cook the Sugar, Chocolate, Milk until it forms a Soft Ball when dropped into cold water (235-240F on a Candy Thermometer).
Add Butter, Vanilla, & Cream of Tarter.
Ice the cake while the icing is warm and fluid.
