Easter Pudding

Easter Pudding--(Pastierra)

2 Cups Sugar
1 Doz. Eggs
1 Qt. Milk
1 lb. Angel Hair Pasta (par-cooked)
Zest of 2 Lemons--grated
2 Tbls. Butter or Spry


Par-cook pasta ,then add Butter or Spry after draining.
For creamier pudding I use a little less pasta.
Mix sugar and eggs together, then add milk, lemon zests and pasta.
Pour into greased glass or ceramic pan.
Bake at 350 deg. for about 40 minutes.

Note: This is a full recipe. I usually only make a half recipe. I also cut down on the sugar.
