Pineapple Cream PieUser Submitted Recipe
1 single crust pie shell
2 packages of vanilla pudding-instant,cooked or sugar free, you choose
1 8oz. can of crushed pineapple(in it's own juice) drained really well.
Bake and cool pie crust.
Prepare pudding per directions on package. Cool slightly if cooked.
Drain pineapple and spread over pudding.
Place in refrigerator several hours
Top with whipped cream just prior to serving and enjoy!
