Ingredients

2 cooker cups basmati rice 4 cups whole milk 2 cups heavy cream ¾ cup condensed milk 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1¼ teaspoons ground cardamom 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg ½ teaspoon table salt ½ cup chopped pistachios ½ cup golden raisins

Instructions

Add all ingredients except the pistachios and raisins to the cooking pot of the Cuisinart® Rice Plus™ Multi-Cooker. Select the Risotto function and press Start. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid and stir in the pistachios and raisins. This pudding can be served warm or chilled.
