Whiskey Balls


1 bag Jack’s vanilla wafers
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa
1/2 cup whiskey
1/4 cup honey
coarsely chopped pecans (1/2 to 1 cups)
powdered sugar


In food processor, process vanilla wafers into crumbs. Add powdered sugar, cocoa and pecans, mix well. Stir together whiskey and honey and add to wafer crumbs. Mix thoroughly, form into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar. Store in airtight container.

(This mixture is very sticky. You may need to dampen your hands to help roll the balls, but not too much. You don’t want to dilute the whiskey!)
