Butterscotch Dessert

Ingredients

1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup powdered sugar
8 oz. package cream cheese
8 oz. container container cool whip
2 3-oz. packages of butterscotch instant pudding
3 cups milk


Instructions

Crust:
1 Cup flour
1/2 Cup chopped nuts
1/2 Cup Butter
Mix and press into 9X13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Then let cool while preparing the next step.

Step 2: Cream 1 Cup powdered sugar with 8 oz. package cream cheese. Add 8 oz. container cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Set in Fridge.

step 3: Use 2 3-oz. packages of butterscotch instant pudding, using only 3 cups milk. Spread over cheese mixture. refrigerate a couple of hours before serving.
