Adorable honey sweet treats that you are guaranteed to love!
1 ½ cups flour
1 cup sugar
½ cup honey
¾ cup butterscotch chips
½ cup milk
Dash of salt
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup butter
You will also need: non-stick cooking spray

1.Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
2.Mix eggs and sugar until combined. Add milk into the sugar mixture.
3.Mix flour, baking powder, and salt into the mixture.
4.Melt and stir in the butter. Add honey.
5.Melt the butterscotch chips. This can be done by taking two stackable, microwavable, plastic cups and putting enough water in one to cover the bottom of the container. Stack the other cup into the cup holding the water and pour the butterscotch chips into it. Heat for 30 seconds in a microwave. Stir a spoon into the chips in order to rotate the melted chips at the bottom with the non-melted ones at the top. Heat in increments of ten seconds until the chips seem to look like peanut butter.
6.Spoon into batter. Use a whisk to mix until lumps have disappeared and the batter has turned a rich butternut squash color.
7.Spray pans with non-stick cooking spray and pour enough batter in to fill 1/3 of both pans. Place pans into oven for 20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Repeat until you have one cake for each person you are serving.
