Bread Pudding

1 loaf french bread, day old, break into pieces
5 eggs
2 cans evaporated milk
1 cup water
1 1/2 sugar
Beat all ingredients ,add 4 tablesppon pure vanilla
Sprinkle 1 cup raisins

1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoon butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon nutmeg


Beat eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla together, and pour over bread. Let stand 20 mins.
Bake in 350 oven for 45 mins.
Melt butter, add 1 tablespoon flour, cook for 3 mins, add whipping cream, sugar and nutmeg till it boils.
Remove from heat. Add 1 tablespoon vanilla, pour over hot pudding. Serve warm.
