2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
6 tbs. butter
6 tbs. shortening
1/2 cup cold water
Medal blade: add all ingredients except water to the bowl. Turn on and off rapidly until mixture is the consistency of corn meal. Continue processing and add the water through the feed tube-a little at a time until it forms into a ball. Cut dough in half on a floured board.
About 450 calories for a pie cut in 8 pieces
