2 Cups Whole Fresh Cranberries
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. almond extract
1 cup flour
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
Heat oven to 350 for glass pan, or 375 for metal
Place cranberries in buttered dish, sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar and walnuts. In separate bowl mix 1 c sugar, 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 c flour, 1 tsp almond extract. Pour over cranberries. Bake for 45 min. Top with homemade whip toping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream, Serve warm.
