Pam's Pound Cake

Pound Cake - This pound cake is beautiful because it forms a beautiful sugary crust on top. We like to eat it w/fresh fruit on top."

Ingredients

1/2 Land o' Lakes Butter - softened
2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs
2 c. sifted flour

Use bundt pan or tube pan - greased.


Instructions

Beat butter until light & fluffy. Add sugar & vanilla. Gradually beat in one egg at a time. Beat & beat w/each egg added. Add flour.

Oven at 350 for one hour. Let cool for 5 - 10 minutes then turn out on rack.
