Chocolate Cream Cheese FondueUser Submitted Recipe
1 Tablespoon of unsalted butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
3 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
4 to 5 Tbsp evaporated milk
1 teaspoon of real vanilla
1 cup mini marshmallows
4 oz cream cheese
Bring butter, sugar, cocoa and milk to a boil, stirring constantly over medium high heat. Boil about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla and marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add 4 oz of cream cheese and stir into melted mixture. Pour into small fondue pot or serve warm in a small dish.
