3/4cup butter, softened
1 cup 2% milk
2 & 1/4cups firmly packed brown sugar
2cups all-purpose flour
2 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1tsp vanilla extract
2cups finely chopped pecans
1[6oz.package]white or milk chocolate chips
2 cups chocolate covered raisins
Grease and flour muffin pans. Cream butter, milk, and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, beating well after each addition. Add baking powder, salt, and flower, mix well. Stir in vanilla, pecans, chocolate chips, and chocolate raisins. Pour into prepared muffin pans and bake at 350 degrees for 27 to 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes, then release gently from pans to serving platter. Enjoy.
