Gluten Free Pumpkin Bars

Moist yummy easy to make pumpkin bars with a cream cheese frosting."


4 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
2 c Bette Hagman's gluten free flour blend
1 tsp xanthan gum
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
2 c pumpkin (15 oz can)

4 1/2 oz cream cheese (softened)
3/4 c butter (softened)
3 c powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla


Bars: Beat eggs. Add sugar & oil - mix. Add dry ingredients - mix. Add pumpkin - mix. Bake in large ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Frost when cool: Cream cheese & butter together, add powdered sugar & vanilla.
