Chocolate Pecan Delight

A rich, chocolate/vanilla pudding dessert with a pecan crust"


1 cup flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup chopped pecans
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup Cool Whip (plus)
3 ounce box instant vanilla pudding
3 ounce box instant chocolate pudding
3 cups milk
shaved chocolate


Melt margarine and mix with flour and pecans. Press in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.
Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar and stir in 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over first layer.
Mix puddings and milk and spread on second layer.
Top with more Cool Whip and shaved chocolate and refrigerate.

Note: An Oreo Cookie/ butter Crust is also delicious with this dessert.
