Lemon Cream Pie

Easy,creamy, smooth treat to eat for any time a simple, quick dessert is needed."


One deep dish frozen pie crust
One can of sweetened condensed milk
Two cups sour cream
Two Crystal Lite individual lemonade packets
Yellow food coloring
Eight ounces of whipped cream topping (at room temperature)


Let the pie crust thaw for 15-20minutes, and make fork holes in the bottom. Bake according to package directions and cool.
Fold together the sweetened milk, sour cream, lemonade packets, and food coloring (as much color as you like).
Gently fold in the whipped cream topping until the ingredients are blended.
Put the mixture into the pie crust and garnish with grated lemon peel.
Chill and serve.
