No Bake Cherry Cheese Pie

Wonderfully easy and quick to make. Can be made in place of cheesecake with much time to spare."


1/3 Cup Lime Juice
8 oz Cream Cheese, soft
1 tsp. pure vanilla
14 oz condensed milk
21 oz cherry pie filling, chilled
9 inch graham cracker pie crust


In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk until smooth. Stir in lime juice and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set. Top with desired amount of chilled pie filling and serve. Refrigerate leftovers.
