Apple Caramel Cheese Cake

Easy cheese cake with caramel & apple "

Ingredients

3 apples peeled and cubed
1 jar of caramel topping (for Ice cream)
1 can sweetened condense milk
1 8oz package cream cheese (low fat works too)
3 eggs
vanilla
1 1/4 cup graham crackers (crushed)
1/3 cup butter melted
2 tbsp sugar
9" spring form pan


Instructions

Mix together butter, graham crackers and sugar and put it in the spring form pan, pat down to make it firm, after you spray the pan with Pam
Pour 1/2 cup caramel sauce over graham crackers
Mix together cream cheese, milk beat till blended well
Add eggs one at a time then add vanilla.
Fold in chopped apples
Pour into pan
Swirl 1/2 cup caramel in mixture
Bake at 300 for 1hr or until set
Let cool for 3-4 hours or overnight
