The perfect ice cream cake
INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbls cocoa
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup nuts
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 3/4 cups hot water
ice cream
Instructions
Heat oven to 350
In 9 inch pan, mix first 4 ingredients.
Mix in milk and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle cocoa and sugar.
Pour water evenly over top.
Bake 40 min. and spoon in to dishes and serve with ice cream
