Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Tasty low fat sausage patties.

Ingredients

2# ground turkey thighs (dark meat looks like real pork sausage when cooked) 1/4 C parsley 2 1/2 t salt 1 t rubbed sage 1/2 t cayenne (adjust to taste) 1/2 t pepper 2 T maple syrup

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients very well. Refrigerate over night. Make into patties, cook or freeze until ready to use. **I wrap two patties per package in press and seal, then put in 1/2 gallon bags to freeze. Add just a tiny bit of vegetable oil when frying.
