Tasty low fat sausage patties.
Ingredients
2# ground turkey thighs (dark meat looks like real pork sausage when cooked)
¼ C parsley
2½ t salt
1 t rubbed sage
½ t cayenne (adjust to taste)
½ t pepper
2 T maple syrup

Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients very well. Refrigerate over night. Make into patties, cook or freeze until ready to use.
**I wrap two patties per package in press and seal, then put in ½ gallon bags to freeze. Add just a tiny bit of vegetable oil when frying.
