Sweet potato pie with its own unique and addicting taste. It will leave you with that feeling, that you’re sad that it’s all gone
1 graham Cracker pie crust
3 sweet potatoes
½ cup of raisons
1½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1½ tablespoon of jiffy peanut butter
¼ cup of melted butter
¼ cup of sugar
⅓ cup of honey
⅓ cup of dark corn starch
1 cup of small marshmallows
2 graham crackers

Preheat oven to 425
Wrap potatoes in aluminum foil and place on cookie sheet on bake in oven for 75 min.
Spread marshmallows evenly across the pie crust, and place in oven for 4 min after the potatoes are removed
After you remove the sweet potatoes, skin them and place in a large bowl along with the other ingredients and mix till smooth
Spread evenly over the marshmallows in the pie crust.
Crumble the graham crackers up and spread over the pie.
Drizzle with extra honey for more flavoring.
Preheat oven on high broil
Broil until you notice the top darkening (an easier way to tell when its complete outline the outer ring of the crust with marshmallows and when they turn slightly brown it is complete)
