Simple and delicious breakfast panini! Everything you need in an easy to go sandwich...
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons butter
½ lb pork sausage
4 pieces of bread

Slice sausage into five patties, make an indentation in the center of each.
Fry in a large skillet until cooked through.
Crumble two sausage patties.
Scramble egg and milk in a bowl, melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet.
Pour eggs into skillet and scramble, once cooked set aside in clean bowl.
Preheat griddle to 375
Butter one side of bread and place buttered side down on a plate. Top with half of the eggs, ¼ cup of cheese and one crumbled sausage patty.
Butter one side of another piece of bread and top mixture (buttered side up).
Repeat assembly with remaining ingredients.
Place panini's, one at a time, in Cuisinart griddle and press down top for thirty seconds.
Cook for 3-4 minutes. Serve warm with remaining sausage patties as side. Dip sandwiches in syrup and enjoy!
