Make ahead Breakfast casserole


8 slices of cubed bread 2- 8 oz. low fat cream cheese, cubed 1 dozen eggs 2 cups milk 1½ cups ham or bacon

spray 13x9 inch casserole dish with cooking spray. Place bread, cream cheese, meat in the dish. Beat milk and eggs, add to the bread mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered, at 350 for 1 hour
