A quick breakfast to go, with extra protein for long lasting energy and brain food. Can add additional fruit if desired.
1 & ½ cup fresh strawberries
⅓ cup cottage cheese
½ cup ice
2 tablespoon protein powder
⅓ cup or more, milk
Sugar or stevia to taste

1. Rinse and slice the strawberries and place in blender.
2. Add ice and cottage cheese, blend until lumpy.
3. Add protein powder, blend 30 seconds more add milk while blending until smooth. Sweeten to taste.
