Steve's Smoothie

Pre or post workout pick-me-up that contains at least 3 fruit servings and 1 dairy serving. Terrific on-the-go breakfast.

1 cup juice (our favorite is ½ cup pomegranite ½ cup orange) ½ cup non-fat yogurt 1 ripe banana 1½ cups frozen mixed fruit (or frozen strawberries) 2 Tablespoons wheat bran

In Cuisinart blender, slowly mix juice and yogurt until blended. Add banana and frozen fruit and slowly blend until fruit has blended into juice mixture. Add wheat bran and blend! Enjoy!
