1 large butternut Squash
1 lbs Sausage(Save Drippings in Pan)
6 Eggs
1 Sweet Onion
1teaspoon Garlic Powder
1teaspoon Black pepper
½teaspoon season salt
1 Sweet potato

Instructions
Peel and cube up Squash and sweet potato set a side. In large skillet fry up sausage. Remove sausage and set a side to drain on paper towels. Drain dripping from pan reserving 1Tbsp. Fry Squash, sweet potatoes and Onion in skillet on Med-high heat until golden brown and tender. Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and mix well. Make 6 wells in Hash mixture and put one egg in each mixture. cover and cook on low heat until eggs are cooked with soft centers. serve hot with biscuits.
