Quiche Me

We enjoy this quiche for breakfast,lunch or dinner. Leftover veggies can be used, and you can substitute any combo of favorite vegetables.


6 oz. grated jalepeno pepperjack cheese 1/4 c diced onions 1/4 c diced green peppers 1/4 c diced red peppers 4 eggs beaten 2/3 c flour 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 T oil 1 1/2 c milk 1/2 tsp salt and pepper to taste

grease a 9x9" pyrex baking dish sprinkle all the cheese on the bottom of dish. sprinkle all the veggies over the cheese. Combine and mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and pour over the cheese and veggies. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot.
