Yummy Pumpkin Chocolate chip muffins, can be eaten for Breakfast, a snack or desert, These have just the right pumpkin and chocolate.
3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup of Oil (I use Olive) you can use whatever you like
3/4 Cup of Canned pumpkin
1/4 of milk-soy-creamer
1 1/2 Cups of all-purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup of chocolate chips, I mix it and use white and milk but you can use what you like

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Grease and flour muffin tins or use paper liners
Mix Sugar, oil, eggs. Add Pumpkin and milk. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, spices and chocolate chips.
Fill in muffin cups 2/3 way and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
