½ to ¾ frozen banana(slices), ¾ to 1 cup frozen sliced peaches, 6 oz. vanilla yogurt, ¾ cup Tropicana No Pulp orange juice
Aprox. for 10 oz.serving:
2 g fat (1.5 g sat.fat, o trans fat,)
52 mg sodium
600 mg potassium
38 carbs (30 g sugars,2 g dietary fiber)
Place all ingredients in Cuisinart Blender,blend until smooth. Makes 2 full glasses. Pour 1 glass into thermal beverage container, if you wish, for later in the day.
