⅓ cup sugar
zest of an orange
8 tablespoons butter, melted
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon orange juice
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons brown sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Spray a scone pan, if you don't have one you can spoon onto a greased baking sheet.
Combine the sugar, orange zest, butter, sour cream, orange juice and egg in a bowl and mix until well combines.
Add the flour, baking powder and the baking soda and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the greased scone pan and sprinkle the tops with brown sugar.
Bake for about 20- 25 minutes until golden brown.
