A great breakfast dish. Always comes out smooth and creamy, never watery
12 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
3 large eggs
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon white pepper
8 ounces of sliced, Swiss cheese
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell
Fillings (combinations of one or more of the following)
Baked ham, cut into small cubes
Roasted red peppers, cut into small pieces
Sauteed Vidalia onion slices
Sauteed Portabella mushrooms, cut in small slices
Frozen spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry.

Preheat oven to 400F
Whip cream cheese with eggs in mixer. Add salt and pepper and blend well.
Gently stir in fillings in batter.
Spoon into pie shell and place cheese slices on top.
Bake until golden, 30-40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
