2 cooker cups steel-cut oats
1 cooker cup short-grain brown rice
1 cooker cup quinoa
1 cooker cup chopped pecans
1 cooker cup raisins
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
2 to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
3 tablespoons coconut oil
2 cinnamon sticks
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch ground nutmeg
Water (to the 4-cup marking)

1. Put all of the ingredients in the cooking pot of the Cuisinart ® Rice and Grain Multicooker. Select the Oats function and press Start/Stop.
2. Once the audible tone has sounded to indicate the end of cooking, open the lid, remove the cinnamon sticks, and stir well before serving.
