Ingredients

  • 1cup steel-cut oats (not quick cooking)
  • ½cup short-grain brown rice
  • ½cup quinoa 2
  • ⁄3cup chopped unsalted pecans
  • ²⁄³cup dried fruit
  • ¼cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 2cinnamon sticks
  • 2to 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 2tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2pinches ground nutmeg
  • pinch kosher salt
  • 5cups water

Preparation

  1. 1. Put all of the ingredients into the cooking pot
  2. of the Cuisinart® Multicooker. Secure the lid
  3. and select Rice/Grains. Set the pressure to
  4. High, set the time for 10 minutes, and press
  5. Start. When the tone sounds, allow pressure
  6. to release naturally.
  7. 2. Once pressure is completely released, open
  8. the lid and remove the cinnamon sticks.
  9. 3. Stir to combine and serve immediately.
