Ingredients
2large eggs1cup shredded mozzarella 1tablespoon coconut flour (optional)*½teaspoon baking powder (optional)*½teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)*Preparation
- 1.Preheat a Cuisinart Round Classic Waffle Maker to desired shade setting.
2.While the waffle maker is preheating, prepare the batter. Put all ingredients into a medium mixing bowl. Whisk well to combine. - 3.Once the waffle maker is preheated, add half of the batter to the center of the bottom waffle plate and spread, leaving about 1-inch from the edge of the plate.
- 4.Close the waffle maker and cook until the ready tone beeps.
- 5.Carefully remove the waffle and repeat with remaining batter. Note: For a savory waffle, use only the egg and cheese. For a sweeter waffle, add the optional ingredients to the egg and cheese.
