This is a super easy recipe using your basic breakfast foods. You can also add whatever other ingredients you like. Sausage, bacon, ham, mushrooms, onions, green pepper, swiss cheese, american cheese. . .the possibilities are endless! Now here is the best part. . .this can be made the night before! Just keep refrigerated until ready to bake. Enjoy!!!
1½ cups milk
6 slices french bread
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Cube (approximately ½ inch – ¾ inches) french bread. Add to loaf pan. Cover bread with cheddar cheese. Mix eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour over cheese and bread. Bake for 45 minutes.
